We were first time home buyers and were excited and terrified all at the same time. The first realtor we worked with rushed us through everything, we felt anxious every time we met her for a showing. On the day before closing, we had a huge issue with the seller's escrow company and almost didn't close on time which would have meant losing our great interest rate on our loan. Carlos worked so hard that entire week to make sure we would still close on the planned day. He had to jump through hoops to make it happen but he did it! We will be forever grateful to Carlos. Because of his knowledge and hard work, our family is now in the dream home that we never thought would be possible! We also feel like we've gained a lifelong friend.
